I have found reports of this for earlier versions but not for Beta DisplayFusion Pro v5.0.0 (Beta 5) so I thought I'd start a new thread. But my issue is the same as the old threads, one for a 3.x version and I think one was for a 4.x version. Anyway, after a Remote Desktop Control (RDC) session, the remote PC has its Multi-monitor Taskbar stacked above what looks to be Window's XP SP-3 regular dual (second) monitor taskbar (just a blank blue strip).

This stacked behavior did not appear until I re-booted the remote PC since it was miss-behaving which is not unusual after a night of RDC from home. Otherwise Beta 5 is running great on XP SP-3 at work and Windows 7 at home. Well done.

I've attached my log from the XP but I did not have logging on so it will not be very helpful I think.

I have looked and I find nothing yet but I'd appreciate it if anyone could point me to the correct post or for any other help or advice.

Many Thanks.

Sorry! I hope no one has worked on this yet. PEBKC on my part.

I had stopped UltraMon before installing DisplayFusion Beta 5.0 but I forgot to uninstall it. And, really, anyone can stop a program from running but it is the uninstalling it that is the really important part.

So my first re-boot this morning called UltraMon again and I did not notice until just now.

I have now uninstalled UltraMon in toto and everything is back to perfect.

Again, sorry...
