Hello i tried searching but couldnt find anyone with similar issue to mine.
When i for eg drag n drop image on screen 1 and want to send it to eg viber thats minimized to taskbar on screen 2 when i mouse over viber icon on taskbar i get black circle with / in it and it wont open window of the app so that i can drop the file in to it, this was working before (didnt check after what beta version it stopped working for me)
Windows 10 22h2 wtih all latest updates
Also this only happens with apps pinned to DF taskbar if app is pinned to regular windows taskabr i can do drag n drop to them

I attached recording of behaviour, i have picture that im trying to drop in to something

Looks like beta 23 fixed it, so far no more issue with this, thanks!
