if you are trying to drag chrome to a diff position on your taskbar and you go off the taskbar while dragging and holding you can freeze or crash the chrome page. only tested this on non-default monitor taskbars(DF generated).
We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.
