The Scripted Functions are stored under the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\HotKeys registry key. Their values start with Scripted#_. You can create them on a machine, then export those registry values and import them before installing DisplayFusion
