Just upgraded to DF 10,0, previously on 9.9 with no problems.
Now my right hand monitor, I've got a non function extra taskbar. I've tried resetting, changing settings, restarting. Problem still occurs with taskbar to the side also.
Resolved by re-installing 9.9
