I searched, but could not find anything related to this. Is this intentional or a by-product of having the latest beta version installed. Attached is a screenshot.

I can reproduce this here as well, and we've added it to our list to fix up. In the meantime, you can manually remove the "DisplayFusion" entry via the registry. Just delete the following key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\DisplayFusion
