Hi,
Is it possible to easily duplicate/replicate/mirror the desktop icons from my primary monitor to the second monitor?
And if possible in such a way that any future changes made to the primary desktop are automatically reflected on the secondary.

Not really, unfortunately. The only thing you can do is to highlight them all, choose Copy, then right-click and do Paste. After that, you need to rename them all to remove the "Copy of..." from the start of the icon names.
