I'm unable to use "enabled and cloned" anymore after a fresh install of Windows 11, it used to work fine before. The display still shows up separately and isn't duplicated. It seems as if windows is overriding something? The duplicate option in windows display settings works as intended. Attached log file.
Thank you!

I'm not sure what I was on before the reset when it was working, but I'm on Windows 11 24H2 now which I suspect causes the issue.
