Hi,

I have a LG OLED that I use when I sit on the couch rather than at my desk. I've used DisplayFusion for several years without issue to have 2 different monitor profiles. 1 for my 3 monitors at my desk, and then the other just for the TV.

To preface my troubleshooting, I have completely reset DisplayFusion to default values, made sure it was updated (and tried a previous version as well), tried different video drivers, and have even clean installed Windows to see if something was wrong there. So far, nothing has fixed the issue.

Additionally, I have attached the log file with the issue reproduced (enabling the LG TV causes anomalous behavior with DisplayFusion).

I have no idea what changed if anything did but DisplayFusion completely breaks if I enable it in the monitor configuration tab. All of the monitors go from their model numbers to just saying "Unknown" and clicking/adjusting any of the settings doesn't seem to have any effect.

One time, I was able to recreate my 2 profiles. However, whenever I try to change back to the "Desk" profile, it freezes for about 5 seconds, then the dialog box for "keep" or "revert" pops up even though nothing has changed. Conversely, when I tried to go from the "Desk" to the "Couch" profile, it only enabled my left-most monitor and turned off the middle and right one. Furthermore, it appeared to have set it to a lower resolution and refresh rate.

I am at a complete loss for how to remedy this issue as I frequently utilized the monitor profiles but am completely unable to now.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: For anyone else with this unique issue, I downgraded all the way to DisplayFusion 9,9 and set it up from default settings. It appears to be working correctly for now

The log you sent had some useful errors, we should have this fixed up in our next beta.

Thanks!

Great to hear! Will be looking forward to the next release then. For now 9.9 seems to be doing just fine for my purposes.
