AMD catalyst has an option called HDTV Support (Digital Flat-Panel)
This option does exactly what I need, but for whatever reason.. the settings are not preserved when I restart my pc.
I believe this reset is intentional, as forcing an unsupported format on a tv, can supposedly result in 'damage'. and the system doesn't know for sure if you have swapped out your display or not... (better safe than sorry, especially when the option is available to 'average' computer users)

This results in a default 640x480 resolution, and an inability to change it back easily (because the CCC window wasn't even designed to fit on such a small resolution)

Anyways, I would really appreciate it, if I could find a way to make this setting stick; as I feel competent in my ability not to 'accidentally' switch out my monitors (or suffer the consequences if i do)
I figure since displayfusion deals with multiple monitors, and I would definitely consider it more geared towards advanced users, than AMD CCC. That maybe it could enforce the settings AMD refuses to.

I am definitely willing to accept alternatives, if anyone knows of a way to enforce it automatically at/before login

I'm not sure that we can toggle that setting from within DisplayFusion, but we'll definitely check it out. Could you attach a screenshot of the setting so that I can make sure I'm looking at the same one on my test system?

Thanks!
