I have a multi-monitor setup. A Dell 38" in the center, a 4K (portrait) on the left, and two 1920x1200 monitors stacked on my right. I find DisplayFusion's support for this setup nearly perfect. One serious gap is present though regarding window profiles. I like to place windows on each of my monitors, using the left for Slack/Teams, the top right for status, etc.
When I go to save these window position in DisplayFusion, all I can store is the absolute coordinate space for the window. This works, as long as nothing alters the relative positions of the four monitors according to Windows "Display Settings". But if I do something like adjust the resolution of a monitor from 1920x1200 -> 1920x1080 (for some video editing in 16:9 aspect ratio), Windows repositions the monitors on the grid. The end result is that my window profile no longer works. Fixing it is time-consuming and frustrating.
Would it be possible to provide the same type of powerful window placement tools in the window profiles as you do for your scripts? I'd like to be able to place a window:
* On a specific monitor
* With a specific height and width, either in pixels or percentage.
* Relative to a specific corner of the window
This would make window profiles much more powerful, easier to configure, and much less frustrating to use.
Thanks for your consideration.
Thanks for the feature request, it's an interesting idea! I'm not sure how we would fit that in with the current configuration for Window Position Profiles but I will definitely add it to our feature request list. If it's something we're able to implement in the future we'll be sure to let you know.
Thanks!

Thanks for the prompt reply. I'd like to think that you already have the infrastructure in place to support relative positioning on a specific monitor, since you already allow that for your Functions -> Custom Function dialog.
Thanks much for considering my request. Crossing my fingers that this gets implemented!
