Sometimes, I do not want some newly opened application windows to automatically move to the current monitor (mouse position). How can I add an exception list to this setting so that windows with particular title bar text or particular command line value are NOT automatically moved?

If exceptions are not currently possible, can the feature to add exceptions, possibly be added in the future?

We don't support filtering this based on text or command line value, but you can add the app path to the Compatibility list and turn on "Disable moving new windows to current monitor".
