When I press F11, the program I use goes to a physical fullscreen, is there any way that it will do fullscreen within a virtual screen.
This isn't currently possible, sorry! If we're able to implement it in a future version we will be sure to follow-up here.

It would be a good thing, sionce some SW behaves differently when maximized vs full screen
