Why I cannot fade monors too 100%, just to 99?

Faded to black, but I see the windows outlines, because of 99%.

... just posted you the screnn in the post before, may be you don't see it? I see it on my display: all chackeboxes checked, fade at 99%, cannot move it to 100 .... moment just did it! The problem was that I couldn't opacity value if "Enable monitor fading" not checked and that confused me.

The another one problem appeared now.
1. Fade non-current monitor selected, 99%, fade turned on. Clicked on right monitor, it turned on, left one turned off. Great
2. Fade non-current monitor selected, 100%, fade turned on. Clicked on right monitor, nothing had happened. Moved active window to the right display, right display turned on, left turned off. Strange. Was waiting scenario N.1.

It's 99% value. If I click the right monitor (invisable window it) monitor turning on, left - turning off. Like tis.
100% - not working this way. Nothing happened on click.
