Hi, there's a feature in Windows that drives me nuts. I call it scroll bar rubber banding.
Whenever you click and drag a scroll bar in most windows programs, you have to keep your mouse cursor within say, 100pixels left or right of the scrollbar. If you move your mouse cursor outside of this pixel range, the scrollbar will snap back to its original position (aka rubber band).
I find this to be particularly annoying when trying to scroll very tall things, such as Discord chat, or folders with lots of files in them.
Is this a behavior that Display Fusion could override so that no matter how many pixels left or right of the scrollbar, it will never rubber band?
Thanks!
