Windows 11 removes the ability to never combine or combine when full multiple instances of the same application.

I would like to have the ability to see each instance on it's own and NOT group them all under one icon.
This request if for this feature to be added to the taskbar tweaks.

We're actually hoping to be able to fully replace the Windows taskbar with the DisplayFusion taskbar, which would have this customization ability along with others. Would you like us to let you know when that's available?
