I'm not sure if this has been asked before or if I'm using the correct terms, and I didn't find anything by searching but I don't know if I'm searching for the right thing. So correct me if I get anything wrong.
Easiest way to explain this is through an example. So, when you have multiple Google Chrome windows open, in the taskbar, when you hover over the Chrome icon, previews of each window appear. On the W10 taskbar, these preview windows can be rearranged in the order you want them. I often have the same set of windows open (grouped by task), and before I had a second screen, I would put them in a specific order, from most important to least important.
With the DisplayFusion taskbar, this is not possible. The preview windows are not draggable to be rearranged, and trying to drag the previews just switches to the window you drag to.
This is not something that the Windows taskbar saves and remembers when I restart Chrome, and I don't expect the DisplayFusion taskbar to do anything more than what the Windows 10 taskbar can do. Every time I restart Chrome, I expect the windows to load in whatever order they were last accessed (or at least that's what it seems to do - regardless, I don't expect the custome arrangement to be saved).
So what are the chances of getting this feature (or a similar implementation) in a future update?
Thanks Keith!
I didn't find a feature request list. Is that something that is public, or just internal tracking?
