There is a way to automatically rotate images using the EXIF data, are you talking about that or manually rotating them 90, 180, 270 degrees?

You'll need to search for an "image exif editor" application. I can't personally recommend a good one, but there seems to be plenty of them. I am planning to add image rotation to DisplayFusion, but this won't be until 2011.
