The closest thing DisplayFusion currently has is the ability to create custom HotKeys (and TitleBar Buttons) to move and size windows. For example, I have 4 HotKeys that I use, each moves the window to a different corner and sizes it to 50% of the screen size. It's not quite what you're after, but it's good enough in most of the situations I have come across.
