I wonder if you could implement http://superuser.com/questions/76315/how-to-make-mouse-in-windows-7-act-the-same-as-windows-xp ?

Personally, I like focus-follows-mouse, but not make-focussed-window-be-on-top.

@petemounce: Does that registry setting from Superuser.com work? If so, it doesn't sound like it needs to be integrated into DisplayFusion. :)
