Hello, I just bought the DF Pro in the recent sale and I must say , I am pretty happy with my purchase.

I am also using another taskbar app called 7+ Taskbar Tweaker http://rammichael.com/7-taskbar-tweaker . It is a great app that lets you customize what windows taskbar can do. Unfortunately this app won't work for Display Fusion secondary monitor taskbars. I already did the research and I see that there is already a open feature request about adding features of this app.

My request would be only one of the properties of the 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, namely Volume Control via mouse wheel. This is the main reason I installed this app so It would be great if display fusion taskbars supports this too. Also its implementation looks simple enough that you won't spend too much time working on it.

Here it how it works :
If your mouse is hovering on taskbar and if you turn mouse wheel up or down windows sound bar will appear there (instead of the usual right side) and you can control the volume using mouse wheel(see attachments).
I hope you like the idea and implemented in your future updates.

Thanks for the kind words and the feedback! If we're able to implement this in a future version, we'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks!

Same story here. Recently purchased DisplayFusion (and it's great) only to find after the fact that my trusty 7+ Taskbar Tweaker (one of the first programs I install after a new OS install) doesn't work on the 2nd monitor anymore as it's controlled by DF.

Many of the features of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker exist already, but the ability to modify volume with the mouse on the taskbar is not one of them.

Whenever I wanted to modify the volume all I used to have to do with zoom my mouse down and start scrolling. No need to worry about aim, or hitting a particular button. As long as I was above the taskbar I could modify volume. Now this only works on one of my monitors.

Am I missing something in the config or maybe this is a feature that is coming?

Thanks!

Just linking to this other thread on a similar subject: https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/volumouse-with-taskbar/?ID=8b892767-0bb9-4e8d-9eaa-8a9c22143399
Looks like in this case there was an attempt to contact the developers of the software that wasn't successful. Maybe compatibility for 7+ Taskbar Tweaker on the DF monitor will be easier to achieve in some fashion.

This isn't something we've added in, but it is still on our feature request list, so I've added your vote to it.

Thanks!
