So I currently have 4 monitors. Three across with one on top. Due to other software and gaming requirements, the easiest setup is for either the top or center monitor to be configured as the primary monitor. However, my far left monitor is a touch screen that I use sometimes at a standing desk in an 'L' with my main desk.

Windows however only has the little touch keyboard taskbar icon on the main monitor with the Windows taskbar. Right now, once I open it once and drag it over, the keyboard will pop up on that screen every time, but if I ever close it and want to open it again I have to go over to the mouse to open it rather than touching the icon.

Would there be any way to add a feature to display fusion to allow that icon to appear on secondary taskbars as well?

Thanks!

It's not currently possible to add toolbars to the DisplayFusion taskbars, but it's an often requested feature. As soon as we find a way to, we'll definitely be including it :)

However, I have found a workaround. You can move the Windows taskbar to the left monitor, rather than the Primary by doing the following:
  • Right-click the Windows taskbar, make sure "Lock the Taskbar" is disabled
  • Left-click on a blank spot on the taskbar, and drag it to the bottom of the left monitor
  • You should now have the Windows taskbar on the left monitor, and clicking the touch keyboard button should bring it up on that monitor as well

Hope that helps!

Thanks! I didn't realize the Windows taskbar could be moved.

That works for what I needed, thanks for the help and the awesome product!
