Hi,

Using 3 monitors, 1 chrome browser on each monitor.
Chrome is forced to open on screen 2 by default.

Problem, when you are using a chrome on monitor 1 and click for example a file upload form field, the file selection window is forced to window 2. A different monitor than the one you are using.

Is it possible to keep such dialogs stuck to the monitor/browser that you are using?

This is also problematic with other programs. If you force a program to a monitor and then say open the preferences of that program, the settings window goes to the monitor where the program is forced to, even if that program was moved to a different monitor in the meantime.

Could you try enabling the "Centre child windows over the parent" window option on the Settings > Window Management tab to see if that helps? That should override the Window Location rule for the application.

The option already exists. I love displayfusion :)
