Is there a way to open or display the two current backgrounds in an image viewer or something? Or to just show a filename so I can find the image if I need it?

I recall something along the lines of a feature sometime that does this, but Jason will have to confirm..... If not, I would suggest adding these to the wallpaper sub menu item on the taskbar context menu , as well as changing that menus name..... Could have a bunch of useful options there, that are not frequently used....

Sorry, not sure what you mean. How do I go about "adding these to the wallpaper sub menu item on the taskbar context menu , as well as changing that menus name". Thanks for your help!

In the meantime, the generated image is located in this folder: "%appdata%\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion".

Thanks Josh - that is the correct location for the generated image. If you want to see what images were used to construct that spanned image, just open DisplayFusion and take a look at the settings for both screens. I hope this answers your question, but if not please let me know.
