Something is messed with window sizes and window positions not saving correctly when opening and reopening Firefox, using different monitors, etc.
I'm not sure if this is a Display Fusion issue and how it handles the Hooks, or if this is just a bug with Firefox. Needs more testing, but it would be good to know if others here are experience issues about this or not.
I use Chrome here so it's hard for me to say, but in my limited testing with Firefox it seems to open where I closed the last Firefox window. E.g. if I have 2 Firefox windows open, the position that's remembered is the one from when I close the second Firefox window.

Thanks for at least looking into it, I've determined it is not a DF issue since disabling DF and it still happens, it's clearly a 62.0 regression since the only workaround I've found is to downgrade back to 61.0.2.
