Hello,
I am running Firefox 85.0.2 and I enabled 2 more toggle buttons it the title bar. So I have Move to next monitor, centre all windows, move to previous monitor. On Firefox there are no title bar showing next to the min,max,close icons.

Can't help you,
but Ia m using Chrome and I too experience the situation regularly that an open window sometimes has the Buttons to manage the screens, and sometimes they are gone. It apears really non-sensical and frustrating.

Does the issue happen when you have a certain number of tabs open? We hide the buttons by default on the maximized window if there are too many tabs open, and they cover up the tabs. However, you can disable that behaviour by enabling the following option in the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings window: TitleBar Buttons: Don't Hide for Top-Tab Web Browsers
