My issue is that when I have Firefox minimised on my left monitor and I use the jump list option "Move Window To Next Monitor" Firefox ends up on my right monitor but shrunk to a tiny little box (see attached picture). If I have Firefox not minimised then it moves fine and doesn't change size. It doesn't seem to affect any other programs in this way either. Anything that can be done about this?

Windows 7 64bit
Firefox 45.0.1
Two monitors with start menu on right monitor.
DisplayFusion 7.3.4 Steam Version

When I test this, I'm seeing different (but also broken) behaviour. When I click the function from the jump list, instead of moving to the next monitor, Firefox just restores itself on the left monitor. Would you be able to send me a debug log so that I can look into this further?
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!

Hi, i'm not at the pc where it goes to a different screen but I get it opening up on the same monitor like you but in the 'tiny' window on this computer as well. It has a slightly different setup but very similar.

Windows 7 64bit
2 monitors, start menu on left screen.
Firefox 44.0.1
DisplayFusion Steam 7.3.4

I've attached the debug info from this pc for now. It happens around 21:16:30. If you still want the other computers debug info I can get it but won't be at that computer till tomorrow (it is at my office currently on home pc).

Last Monday we released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
