I have a system with five monitors: two 50" Vision televisions, two 17" monitors, and one 21" monitor. The 21" monitor is used as the primary screen.
I have an AMD Radeon 7700 video card with 56 DisplayPort outputs. Two of those outputs are converted to HDMI and connected to the two TV's, two are converted to VGA and connected to the 17" monitors, and the remaining one is converted to DVI and connected to the 5th monitor.
It's a Dell XPS desktop running Windows 10. The monitors are numbered as follows:
1 - 17" monitor set t0 600x800 pixels
2 - 17" monitor set to 600x800 pixels
3 - 50" TV set to 1920x1180 pixels
4 - 50" TV set to 1920x 1180 pixels
5 - 21" desktop monitor set to 1600x?? (can't remember)
This all works fine except that cloning doesn't preserve monitor numbers or dimensions. We often want to clone monitors 1 & 2 so that the same video shows up on both. But if I do that, monitor number 2 will change and become monitor #3, while monitor #3 becomes something else. That actually works; the two monitors that are cloned do show the same video. But when I unclone them, the monitor sizes are all hosed up and not in the correct order.
Also, saving monitor configurations does not work. I can save a configuration with no monitors cloned, but when I try to load that configuration I get something else.
Tech support has been no help. Can anyone suggest a possible solution?
Thanks

I just replaced the video card with an NVidea Quadro card. The reasons are unrelated to DisplayFusion, but I was hoping it might cure the problem with not being able to save and restore monitor configurations that I've previously reported.
But such was not to be.
Are you still unable to help with this issue? It's really annoying.

With that in mind, what are the brand/models of your TVs?
