I am seeing situations where a set of titlebar icons are "floating" over a window. It appears that they are from a window which is not visible. I can minimize the windows under the icons and eventually get to one that appears to be the owner of those icons. I have not identified a pattern to this because I haven't looked into it very many times.

I am running WinXP SP3, DF 3.1.10.

Ive seen this as well, it seems to happen along iwth windows trying to flash or bump themselves in priority.
