Hi,

I am runing the evaluation version, to test this software, so I can buy it if it works for me.

I have one issue so far. If I run something in full screen mode on my primary monitor and I move to the secondary monitor with my mouse and I remove focus from the main monitor, the taskbar appears. I have unticked the option for 'Show taskbar in front of full screen applications whien they lose focus," yet it makes no difference. I am running XMBC and I checked in the troubleshooting option and it's displayed as a full screen application.

I'm stumped. I don't want the taskbar in front of my full screen applications. Any ideas?

Thanks,
jan

Unfortunately that setting only works for the DisplayFusion taskbar on the second monitor. We've never found a way of keeping the Windows taskbar below full screen windows when they lose focus. If you always run full screen videos on your Primary monitor, one thing you can do is move the Windows taskbar to the other monitor.

To do that:
  • Right-click the Windows taskbar, make sure "Lock the taskbar" is disabled
  • Left-click and drag the Windows taskbar to the bottom of the other monitor
  • The DisplayFusion taskbar will remove itself from the second monitor, and place itself on the Primary monitor

Hope that helps!

Yep I had exactly the same problem - I've now configured 2 monitor profiles on my desktop (well actually 4) but one of them is basically
Middle "normal" main monitor - to be primary - but when viewing video on that monitor #1 (primary) - I then switch via hotkey to another monitor profile where that is the secondary - leaves video full screen.
