trying to run a simple bar game from my laptop.

I have 1 hdmi out to a 1x4 splitter. so that's 1 output monitor.

how ever I have some kiosk tablets displaying wirelessly via a program/ app I found called spacedesk.

I am doing a pptm game and need presenter view, so I need to duplicate 2-xx and leave 1 alone.

im kinda a trouble shooter. ;)

i have gotten it to work. at home. thrice.
by simply adding each individual channel one at a time,

<duplicate 2, & 3...apply... keep;
duplicate 4 with 2&3...apply...keep
dup 5 with 2,3,4...ap...kp
etc...>

it took a few seconds to a minute for each to sync up, but now it just seems the whole program is spinning its wheels (no response)

where did I go wrong?

and don't give me the IT "did you try turning it off and on again"... I have some rudimentary knowledge. lol

things to check off

• wifi ✔
• login good ✔
• software key ✔
• all off n on again :P
• not the spacedesk...
' SD' actually still works but I have to duplicate all... via.
powerpoint settings

and that defeats the point of buying your software. superb design BTW. it handles the dpi and resolution conversions great!

tricking I've used with sam 5e, and Samsung note 20, 2x amz fire 7, and an old sa tab3

while hdmi to a 480 720 1080 and 4k with splitter.

bravo.

any help on the non responsive of the platform would be great

Hello,

Could you send over a video of the issue when you try to apply the settings?

Could you also send over a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!
