I assigned Ctrl+Pause to load a monitor profile (Settings >> Functions). Afterwards, I changed that function's key combination to Ctrl+ScrollLock. Now, both key combinations run that same function.

If you go to Settings > Functions, and scroll down to the Monitor Configuration section, do you see both key combinations listed there?

Well that's strange! Does the old key combination still work even after rebooting the computer?

Yes, the old key combination persists through reboots.

Could you attach a backup of your settings? (Settings > Options > Export)

Thanks! I was able to reproduce it here. It's not an issue of the old key combination getting retained, but actually an issue where Ctrl + ScrLk and Ctrl + Pause/Break seem to be recognized as the same thing for some reason. I've added this to our list and we'll see if there's any way to fix it up.
