Hi,
I am looking for a function that will trigger a Mobile push notification to my phone or alert me via an email if someone pings (or sends me an IM on Skype For Business)
If this is not possible, I am at the least looking to receive notifications or alert if any new Skype for business IM window or any new Skype for business popup on the taskbar has appeared (or blinking in the taskbar)
If there are any other apps if you know has this capability, please do let me know.

Unfortunately this isn't something DisplayFusion is capable of, and I'm not aware of another application that does this.

Thank you for responding. But can there be any Function Script be created or some samples to make a call (GET/POST) Request to API.
Triggers feature talk about if there is an event for an window created then we can create Trigger function to do some action.
Similarly can we not create a rule to see new IM window and trigger a function?
Indeed you can setup triggers to run scripted functions. Those functions can be written in C# or Visual Basic, if you are comfortable coding in either of those.
I haven't tested out skype, but other chat programs seem to re-use window handles, or hide the chat windows in the system tray, so opening them doesn't actually fire the "Window Created" action unfortunately.
