Ready to buy, except for a couple things...

Any way to select what display is the primary display (so new apps open on it)?

Any way to switch windows between monitors WITHOUT a keyboard? Contextual menu, from taskbar, etc? Title bar button isn't good enough if you're in another room looking at a secondary monitor...ie pc in kitchen with display 1, HDTV display 2 in living room.

I would have expected both of those features to be amongst the first implemented!

There is currently no way to tell applications which monitor they should open on. There are a variety of ways to move windows between monitors, but all of them require that you can actually see the window. There is currently no menu item added to the window's context menu, sorry.
