Seeking ability to apply High Contrast theme on only select monitors in my monitor array fed by a Dell laptop running Windows 10.
So far, it goes on All or None, whether using task bar from primary monitor or on any other individual monitor.

This isn't something we currently support, but we do have this open as a feature request. I've added your vote to it, so we'll be sure to let you know if we have any news on it going forward.
