Is there a reason that certain hotkey bindings fail, other than to prevent users from accidentally overriding default Windows hotkeys? (Win+E, Win+R, Win+Plus, Win+Left, etc.)
Asking because I've successfully overridden these hotkeys with other software (AutoHotkey, the 'Keyboard' library for Python, etc.), and find it useful to use the Win modifier for global hotkeys so that all of the Ctrl/Shift/Alt combinations are still available to me for app-specific hotkeys.
If this is blocked intentionally, could you add an "Allow Default Windows Hotkey Override" setting to "Advanced Settings"?

DisplayFusion just uses regular Global HotKeys, so when you try to register those that are already reserved by Windows, the API will just kick it back with an error. At the moment we don't use keyboard hooks, which I believe would be needed in order to override the Windows hotkeys. If we're able to change to that in the future though, we'll definitely let you know.
Thanks!
