They used to work, I am not sure what I changed. Maybe it's because my Windows 8.1 is in Hebrew?

I'm sorry to hear that. Are all DisplayFusion hotkeys failing to work, or is it just some that don't work? Can you try updating to DisplayFusion 7.2 and restarting your computer? Thanks!

Updated and restarted displayfusion, it works now thanks. But changing the wallpaper profile (next one alphabetically) through hotkey doesn't do anything for me, I have Default and a named profile, am I doing something wrong?

I can second that. I frequently use the hotkey combinations for switching monitor profiles, cycle between wallpapers, opening displayfusion settings, and sound playback/record device defaults.
Mind you that this happened after upgrading to Windows 10.
Have you check the hotkeys tab in DF to see if they somehow got reset during the upgrade?
