Display fusion 9.9 (the about box in Display Fusion says Windowz 10 or Server 2016 (20H2) (10.0.19044.0) )

my windows->Settings-> about says
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
OS build 19044.1706
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

Hotkey shift+ctrl+F12 Load windows position profile 'flight' where I have 3 windows present (see attached jpg)
Although I can load window positions correctly from Display Fusion in the system tray, hot key does not work.

Similarly, assigning any hot key to starting the screen saver does not work. Although screen saver can be started from within display fusion icon in systray
