It's not giving me the customization that I want. I just want it to be like my first monitor with the same looking icons and functionality. With my second monitor I cannot go into incognito mode in Chrome straight away, instead I have to open a normal window and then go into incognito. How can I fix this? How can I get it to look and work the same?

edit: Also, on my second monitor the program "Calculator" appears invisible on the taskbar. Not really a big problem but it's kind of annoying.
