How do I stop getting notifications from some discussions I've participated in?

I asked a question in the "Customizing the DisplayFusion Taskbar" thread a while back. Now, whenever a new post is made in that thread, I get an email. I want these emails to stop, but I would still like emails if someone replies to other discussions I've participated in.
How can I unsubscribe from this one thread?

There isn't a way at the moment, we're hoping to add an unsubscribe option for topics soon though

A related question - is there a way to subscribe to a discussion without posting a comment? (and sorry dracho for yet another notification you probably don't want)

There's no subscribe function at the moment either. We will add both at the same time
