Hello!

I'm in the process of moving my desktop wallpaper image files from one local folder structure to another, e.g., from "C:\Users\neil\Dropbox\pictures\wallpapers\3840x1200\..." to "C:\Users\neil\OneDrive\pictures\wallpapers\3840x1200\...". I have several wallpaper profiles in DisplayFusion in which I have enabled the desktop wallpaper slideshow option, and in the file selection box I have selected 40 or 50 images for the slideshow.

How can I change the paths to the images in bulk, or do I need to clear the file selection box and re-select the images from the new location?

I've tried exporting my DisplayFusion settings but the wallpaper profiles' image filepaths do not appear to be exported! I had hoped they would so I could so a search and replace within the exported .reg file.

Thanks in anticipation for any help you can offer!

/Neil

Keith Lammers (BFS)'s profile on WallpaperFusion.com
Regedit exports the REG_MULTI_SZ types as hex exports, so it's not really practical to make the changes there. However, if you go to the key for the wallpaper profile in regedit (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\Wallpaper\{GUID}), you can edit the "Wallpaper_1_RotatePaths" values directly. You can copy the data from there to Notepad, make your changes, then paste it back in. Just make sure to exit DisplayFusion before making the changes so they don't get overridden by the cached settings :)
