I need help on how to remove the "moving icon".

If you unprotect your screenshot so that members can see it, we may be able to help as well as the staff.

If you mean the icon that moves the window to a different monitor then right click on the secondary monitors taskbar and select Settings.
In the window that opens click on the Function tab on the left.
at the bottom of the window you will see the following checkbox, just uncheck it.
