Hi there!

I'm wodering is there a way how to turn off DF's toolbar appeared on every window? Example is attached.

Right click on the DF taskbar and select Settings.
Click on the 'Functions' tab then uncheck Enable Titlebar Buttons - see screenshot.

Well, I unchecked this, rebooted the system to be sure and this TitleBar still appears for any window...

P.S. Currently I'm using DF 9.5 (Beta 1).

After you un-checked the box did you click on Apply or OK?

Try this then.
Settings - Compatability then click Add.
Under Application type *.* then check the 'Disable TitleBar Buttons (all applications) and click OK. then OK again.

Those buttons in your screenshot aren't from DisplayFusion. They look similar to the ones that TeamViewer creates, though I'm not 100% sure it's from that. I would try exiting applications one by one until they go away to determine which app they are from :)
