How to ungroup same app in taskbar? I only see options to group by app id or app name.

You can't do it per-app, but you can do it for all apps by right-clicking the taskbar and navigating to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Group Buttons > Disabled.

I would like to see an option to ungroup where I can separate the same app instances from each other on the taskbar.

So you want to have everything grouped normally, but be able to ungroup certain apps on demand?

I want to move the buttons of any same app indepedently of each other.
Right now if I try to move one button of an instance of an app on the task bar, all the other instances of the app move along with it. I don't want that. I want to move that one instance by itself.

There's an app called 7+ Taskbar Tweaker that enabled this but it's being blocked by my company from being used.

Ah, gotcha! That's on the Windows taskbar then. Unfortunately DisplayFusion doesn't modify the Windows taskbar at all, sorry! 7+ Taskbar Tweaker is the only app I know of that does this.
