Basically in the title, so I don't know if this started with Beta 1 or Beta 2, because I went from 9.1 stable to Beta1 today, then 2 hours later Beta2...

But basically I run certain programs in Sandboxie (google it if you don't know), but I never had any problems before moving those Sandboxed programs around by use of middle clicking their title bar to flip sides, now it doesn't even work...

This is a life and death matter btw.

There isn't any reason I can think of that this should have ever worked. The sandboxed apps shouldn't be accessible by DisplayFusion, as that would defeat the purpose of them being sandboxed.

I've installed Sandboxie and DF 9.1 on a Windows 10 test machine and it definitely doesn't work for me.

You actually may be right, I don't fully remember now, triggers do work and still do, I use Classic Shell Menu, so if I open a sandboxed program on monitor two it opens there, and vice-versa, also centering sandboxed apps with functions work too, just not middle clicking them on the title bar, which now I'm trying to remember if it ever worked... sorry.

No worries! I think the difference between the window positioning stuff and the middle-click move, is that the middle-click move requires hooking and the other stuff doesn't, so it must be the hooks that Sandboxie is preventing.
