I am using 3 monitors. The monitor sequence is as follows.
2
3 1

From the display settings of the window, all three monitors are detected.
However, if I look at the displayfusion, the numbers 1 and 3 are combined and marked as 1. I am set to control monitor 1 and 2.
This situation causes a problem that I cannot perform when I want to turn off only three times.

Can you tell me why number 3 and number 1 are combined?

Thanks! I'm seeing monitors 1 and 2 and they're setup to be cloned. The troubleshooting info isn't showing a monitor 3 though. Could you attach a screenshot of the Windows display settings?

If I look at the displayfusion setting screen, move the mouse at number 2 and move it together at number 1. Perhaps it is recognized by combining the two screens into number one. For your information, The amd's monitor integration function(eyefinity) is off.

The original location of Monitor 2 was on the right side of 1. But I recently moved two to the left of one and had a problem.

That's why I moved the monitor. If you play the game in number 1, you will have a problem with the windows on screen number 2.
I would like to inquire further if I can find a way to improve this problem on displayfusion.

Thanks for the screenshots! Could you send me a full debug log for this issue?

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Open the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

I'm not seeing the debug log, only the troubleshooting info. Did you make sure to apply the settings after enabling L1 logging?

I did as you said.
I did it again just in case.
here you are.

I think this is not a problem that is checked for trouble shooting, but a problem of perception.

Actually skip that last build, please use this one. We think we have the detection fixed but would like to confirm before we roll it into DisplayFusion.

I'm not one of the developers, so I'm not 100% sure what the issue turned out to be, but I believe it had something to do with some monitors returning invalid device paths :)
