Unless a game supports being played on two monitors, you're not going to get it on two monitors. Also, this is kind of the wrong forum.
You can try to trick your computer into thinking two monitors are one by using something like this http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/products/gxm/dh2go/ but most games don't support resolutions that are twice as wide as normal.
I'm not sure if all video cards support this, and not all games do either. You would be better off asking this in a dedicated video card or gaming forum.
