I want to make my 2x dell U2515H into 3 or 4 monitors,screens but i still would like to have only 2 taskabars not 1 or as many as i have monitors/screens (3 or 4)
But i want to seperate taskabars so i can have shortcuts on the second monitor i only use on that like vlc,wmp,tidal, tv center
Can i do that?

If you're using Monitor Splitting to split up the monitors, just disable the "Taskbars" checkbox in the Monitor Configuration window. That will cause the taskbars to ignore the split configuration.
To add shortcuts to the second monitor taskbar, open the program on that monitor, right-click its taskbar button, and choose "Pin this program to taskbar."
