Hi,

Just a minor one for you...hope no-one has already mentioned this.

I have two 27" monitors with 2560 x 1440 resolution and my DPI in Windows set to Medium 125%.

On the main taskbar on the left the (DPI enlarged) icons appear crisp and detailed as they should. On the secondary DisplayFusion taskbar on my right monitor, icons appear jagged and pixelated and a little ugly!

Let me know if you need me to post screen shots.

Thanks.

If you could post a screenshot, that would be great! We'll also do some testing here to see what we can find out.

Thanks!

Thanks Keith - screenshot attached. While there is a slight amount of JPG compression evident, you can still clearly see the difference between the left and right taskbar icons.

Let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks! That is quite a difference. We'll add this to our list and we'll see what we can do!

Just wanted to follow-up to let you know that we've been able to improve the quality a bit in 4.3 Beta 2 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), but unfortunately due to technical limitations, it's not possible for our taskbar to fully match the buttons on the Windows taskbar :(

Thanks!

Thanks Keith.

Just installed 4.3 Beta 4. Can't tell if they're any better...or possibly a little worse! Interestingly enough, system icons (ie. My Computer, Remote Desktop) seem to look a lot better than application icons - as good as on the main taskbar, I would say.

Understand if there is a technical limitation with third-party applications though - thanks for trying!

No worries! But yes, the taskbar buttons are rendered differently than the tray icons, so this is as good as they'll get for now :(

Thanks!
