I am wondering if there is a switch I can use during my silent MSI install to import the settings I have backed up? I tried adding reg import backup.reg to my install file but it fails, if I run it manually it works, but I am trying to avoid having to do it manually for all our machines.

This isn't something we support, but I've added this to our feature request list. We don't guarantee that feature requests will be implemented, or offer timelines on possible implementation. We'll be sure to let you know if we do add it to our planned features in a future version.
